Janice Cain is the Managing Director and has more than 34 years experience of consultancy and practical experience of Architectural Services. She is a qualified Architectural Technologist and has also achieved Bachelor of Arts in Architecture at Liverpool John Moores University.
Jan puts customer service at the centre of her work, ensuring that any commissions completed focus upon the requirements and wishes of the client. Commissions undertaken include Feasibility Studies and Concept Designs through to Planning and Building Control Application. Jan has the ability to listen to her clients, understand how they live, how they use spaces and then creates a place with them for them to furnish and decorate to call their own . Jan has a vast experience of working with Planning and Building Control departments in Flintshire County Council, Denbighshire County Council, Wrexham Borough Council, Conwy Council, Gwynedd Council, Wirral Borough Council, Cheshire West and Chester Council, Halton Borough Council, and Liverpool City Council.
