Company Premises Project
We have been working on a project which Jan has brought to life for us giving excellent advice and guidance where we have needed it and solid opinions on planning aspects we have encountered which have helped us to maintain the focus of the project and not get too far ahead of ourselves.
We would not hesitate to recommend Jan to give her all and some more on any project she undertakes and ensures all aspects are addressed and in hand. Quick and reliable with a great easy nature make Jan, in my opinion, a great person to bounce ideas off and work with to a positive outcome.

New House Designed
We are made up with the services provided by Cain Architectural Services Ltd. We engaged them to design our new home and to submit for Planning & Building Control. Jan worked with us to design a home that reflected ourselves and how we wanted to live in it. Her liaison with the Local Authority Planners in negotiating what could be approved and what we wanted was outstanding. With past experience of dealing with the Planning process we appreciated the way Jan dealt with this which alleviated any unnecessary stress. 
We are currently coming to the end of the build on site and cannot wait to live in our new home. Cain architectural services Ltd is a company we would certainly recommend to anyone wanting such services.
